Operation’s Manual

The Tri Star R VI Series is a PEMF system that uses (3) different forms of electromagnetic energies to transfer specific pulsed energies to select parts of the Human body or to encompass the whole of the body.


The Series is designed for Experimenters in the PEMF fields and offers a wide range of accessories to explore the different types of

electromagnetic radiation from Magnetic – Plasma/ Photonic and Electrostatic fields.

The internal frequency generator covers .6 Hz > ~200 KHz which is covered in (4) bands that are user selectable.


Each band has both a coarse and a fine adjustment control.

User Control’s:

POWER: Combined On/ Off switch and the coarse frequency adjustment control.

TUNE: Fine frequency adjustment control.

SELECT: A (6) position selector switch covers .6 Hz > ~ 200 KHz in (4) adjustable frequency bands.

EXT: The EXT input is a separate signal input circuit that covers 0 to ~ 1 MHz depending upon inputs.

Working with input signals:

The Tri Star R VI is basically a pulsed High Voltage generator that uses the pulses to energize a variety of accessories that generate

different forms of Electromagnetic Fields/ EMF. The unit works best using an External frequency generator that is set for ~ 55 > 60

% ON cycle and 10 volts input.

Each accessory has a range of frequency and pulse types that it operates best at.

Plasma Tube Operation:

The frequency range using the internal FQ generator is typically ~ 100 Hz > 200 KHz.


Depending upon the Plasma tube characteristics, EXT input using square wave will cover ~ 10 Hz > 350 KHz > 500 KHz.


IMPORTANT NOTE: there is still an EMF pulse emitted from the plasma tube even if it does not light up.

The Tri Star R VI produces single – very short pulses of energy. At low frequencies or ‘dead zones’ the pulses may be too short to see

clearly.

For low frequency research ~.5 Hz > 30 KHz where longer ON energy pulses are needed, other Tri Star units are better suited.

Internal Frequency Generator:


The Tri Star VI R Series has an internal frequency generator that uses a large LED display and a (4) control selector and adjustment.

This generator has an upper limit of 200 KHz.

Note: the frequency display shows only the frequency from the internal frequency generator and Not the EXT input.

Internal Frequency Operation:

The internal frequency generator is limited to ~ 200 KHz separated into (4) bands. The best method of tuning the frequency that you

want is as follows:

1. Allow the unit to warm up for at least 10-15 minutes of operation. The internal FQ generator will become more stable as

the unit reaches a balanced internal temperature.

2. Turn the ‘TUNING’ control all the way to the left/ CCW

3. Adjust the POWER/ coarse adjustment to just below the target frequency

4. Slowly adjust the fine tuning to the frequency that you want

SELECT: A (6) position selector switch covers .6 Hz > ~ 200 KHz in (4) adjustable frequency bands.


#1 frequency low band .6 Hz > ~ 50 Hz

#2 frequency band 10 Hz > 600 Hz

#3 Frequency band 600 Hz > 70 KHz

#4 frequency band 60 KHz > 200 KHz

#5 standby (no signal)

#6 EXT frequency input

EXT:

CAUTION: Do Not run the Tri Star R VI with an External signal source that has been turned off. Always change the selector to

another input source if you are not inputting an active signal.

Frequency Range:

The Tri Star R VI will trigger from 0.6 Hz > ~ 1 MHz.

The EXT input is designed to input a square wave electrical signal from a frequency generator or from a computer.


The EXT circuit uses a built-in preamplifier to adjust an input signal into the right format for the High Voltage Pulse Section and is buffered to accept any voltage from 1.5 > 20 volts.

The External Signal should be square wave @ ~ 55% Duty ON cycle for best performance.

The EXT is Not designed to take input from a cell/ smart phone. Contact the factory for specific source parameters – the R VI’s

internal pre-amp circuit has adjustable gain control and is factory set for ~ 100X. We can adjust the pre-amp for other gain levels.


We suggest that you use a ‘Feel Tech FY3200S’ dual channel FQ generator, they are available on eBay for ~$50 or any good computer software like FreX16 to format your own programming.

NOTE: the on-board digital frequency display does Not show the EXT frequency input, it only shows the frequency that the internal

generator is set for.

The Tri Star R VI Series uses High voltage pulses of Black/ Negative and Red/ Positive pulses. All the ACC are designed for polarity operation so care should be taken as to matching the correct polarities for the application.


Each unit has (4) output banana jacks, (2) Red and (2) black each.

 

The (2) inner jacks (Red/ Black) are the ‘Live’ outputs and are used

for single accessories. The (2) outer jacks are wired in common and are used to run multiple ACC in a Series – Not Parallel circuit.


The units can power (1) or (2) Accessories at the same time.

(1) Accessory: use the inner Red /Black jacks set

(2) Accessories: plug an ACC into the front set of Red/ Black jacks and the second ACC into the rear set off jacks


CAUTION: Always make sure the unit is turned OFF before plugging accessories into/ out of the output jacks!


Using Multiple Accessories:

The Tri Star R VI is designed to run multiple ACC at the same time. 2 MagStrobes or a Plasma & MagStrobe are common ACC to run

together. Additionally, all the ACC emit a High Voltage static electric field, not just the Transfer films. This field has a positive/

negative polarity depending upon which jack orientation you use.


Using (2) MagStrobes opens research in using magnetic fields in parallel or opposite polarity fields and the direction of the magnetic field. 


The MagStrobes are Z-Pinch type magnetic devices and generate a cone shaped field that either contracts or expands depending upon the Red/ Black jack polarity.


The Plasma tubes are high end EMF devices that don’t emit a sizeable magnetic field but they do emit a sizeable EM field which

opens a large field of research when used with a MagStrobe.


It is important to understand that when you use a Plasma and MagStrobe together the Plasma controls the actual energy pulse thru the MagStrobe.


This occurs because of the Nature of the Plasma discharge. When an energy pulse is sent to the plasma tube from the HV pulse

circuit, the voltage across the terminals inside the tube rises until ~ 1000 volts and then the gas breaks down into a discharge.


When a MagStrobe is connected in the circuit 2 events happen.

First – the MagStrobe is ‘charged’ to this 1000-volt static field and the surrounding tissue also charges to this voltage thru

capacitance with the body.


When the Plasma breaks-down it sends the energy pulse thru the MagStrobe in a much faster pulse spike and the static voltage field of the MagStrobe and surrounding tissue also flip polarity.

Start Up:

IMPORTANT! 

Always make sure the fan ports on the rear panel are not blocked or the unit will overheat.

Step 1: insert a plasma wand into the center (2) Red/ Black banana jacks

Step 2: set the ‘SELECT’ control at # 3 position

Step 3: turn ‘POWER’ control to the clockwise right direction

Step 4: the plasma wand will light up and pulse.
